On October 28, the TBR tires and PCR tires of Shandong Haohua Tire Co., Ltd.'s Vietnam factory officially went into production.
Haohua Tire's Vietnam factory started construction in November 2023. It took only 11 months to complete the construction of the 380,000 square meter workshop for TBR tires and PCR tires. After full production, the production capacity can reach 12 million sets of PCR tires and 2.4 million sets of TBR tires.
During the equipment installation process, Haohua Tire introduced a large number of advanced production equipment from home and abroad, and organized a professional technical team to carry out installation and commissioning. After careful commissioning, all equipment has reached the expected production standards, laying a solid foundation for formal production.
The company promotes the intelligent construction of factories, implements lean production and intelligent quality management, and integrates the Internet of Things with the MES system as the core, truly realizing the full life cycle management of products. It has achieved effective integration with the four major information systems: RDM system, ERP system, WMS system, and OA system, creating an efficient and collaborative digital information management system platform, allowing all aspects of the factory to be closely connected and operate in a collaborative manner, greatly improving production efficiency and management level.
The first tire of the Vietnam factory rolled off the production line successfully, marking that the high-quality, high-precision, and highly automated green and environmentally friendly tire digital smart factory carefully planned and built by Haohua Tire Company has officially been put into operation. The company has taken a key step steadily and forcefully on the journey of its global strategic layout and entered a new stage of development.
According to previous reports, the total investment of the Haohua Tire (Vietnam) factory project is as high as US$500 million, which is the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) project in the history of Binh Phuoc Province. The factory is located in SIKICO Star Industrial Zone, covering an area of 43 hectares.
