On October 23, the first TBR tire off-line ceremony of MTI, a subsidiary of Zhongce Rubber in Indonesia, was held in the Kendall Industrial Park in Semarang, Indonesia.
Shen Jinrong, party secretary, chairman and general manager of ZC Rubber Group, Wang Xianning, deputy general manager of ZC Rubber Group and general manager of MTI, Zhao Yang, general manager of Group Energy Technology, Liu Xiaoming, deputy general manager of Zhongce Logistics, as well as MTI company team members and employee representatives attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Wang Xianning reviewed the construction process of the Indonesian project. During the process, countless difficulties and challenges were overcome and countless industry records were created. It took only 233 days to complete the leapfrog development from the start of construction to the production of the first TBR tire, creating a new record for overseas factory construction in the tire industry.
At the same time, work arrangements were made in five aspects, including summarizing project construction experience to ensure the completion of the second phase as scheduled; building a comprehensive quality management system to ensure excellent product quality; deepening the dual-wheel drive of efficiency and cost to build a refined management system; establishing and improving an international employment system and optimizing organizational structure and process design to lay a solid foundation. He required all employees of MTI to uphold the core values of "innovation-led, quality first, and green environmental protection", adhere to the management philosophy of "safety is the red line, quality is the lifeline, and operation is the main line", strictly control every link, and provide global customers with better quality and more reliable products and services.
Subsequently, Shen Jinrong officially announced that "the first tire of Zhongce Indonesia MTI Company has successfully rolled off the production line". Shen Jinrong first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to every MTI employee for their hard work and the strong support from all parties. He said that the successful roll-off of MTI's first tire is an important milestone and a new starting point for ZC Rubber Group's global layout. The future carries the good wishes of all Zhongce people, and MTI has officially opened a new chapter.
At the same time, he put forward new prospects and requirements for MTI from four aspects: green development, practicing social responsibility; innovation-driven, creating new quality productivity; efficient management, seizing new tracks; and comprehensively promoting the global strategic layout.
