Wanli Tire Phase III Project
On January 10, the third phase construction project of Wanli Tire started at the Conghua base in Guangzhou. The overall planned annual tire production capacity of the project is 12 million tires, which was planned as a one-time overall project and implemented in two phases. The first phase of the expansion project has an investment of 1.086 billion yuan, with an annual production capacity of 6 million units, and is expected to achieve trial production in January 2025.
Youyue Rubber Tire Factory
On March 17, the ultra-high performance tire project of Shandong Youyue Rubber started in Zhucheng City. The total investment of this project is 5.16 billion yuan and it will be built in two phases.
Its designed annual production capacity is 12 million sets of ultra-high performance environmentally friendly passenger car tires and 3 million sets of green truck tires.
Dayou Tire Super Factory
On May 30, the opening and completion ceremony of the first batch of projects in 2024 was held in Chengmai County, Hainan Province. The projects under construction include Dayou's "New Material Automobile Tire Intelligent Manufacturing Super Factory Project". It is understood that the project was implemented by Dayou Tire Technology Company and the foundation was laid in April. The specific investment amount and production capacity of the project have not been disclosed publicly.
Exmile Phase II Project
On May 23, Exmile(Jiangsu) New Material Technology held a groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the project.
The total investment of the project is 700 million yuan, and it took less than a month from filing to start of construction. Its designed annual production capacity is 6 million sets of new energy, high-performance special industrial and civilian tires.
Gubersail Tire Project
It is reported that Gubersail Tire's annual production of 33.5 million tires project started in Huaian, Jiangsu in May. The project plans to invest 10 billion yuan and will be built in two phases within four years. The first phase will build a production line with an annual output of 15 million sets of semi-steel tires; the second phase will build a production line with an annual output of 15 million sets of semi-steel tires and 3.5 million sets of all-steel tires.
