Application

Rubber track steel cord ply winding line is mainly used for the winding and building of track steel cord belts. Through servo control, the expansion and contraction of the winding drum chuck, the wire arrangement mechanism, the expansion and contraction chuck and the pressing device are precisely controlled to be wound into a steel wire belt. The bead winding chuck has an adjustable diameter structure, and the entire set of winding chucks can be replaced with different diameters. One or more steel wire belts can be produced simultaneously in one cycle.


Feature

Constant speed, constant pressure and constant temperature steel wire coating achieves uniform coating without wire leakage.

2. High quality: The wrapping steel wire belt is flat after coating. The width tolerance of the steel wire belt is ±2mm. The circumference tolerance of the bead is ±2mm.
