On April 15, Jinyu Tire held a "full-line completion ceremony for the annual production of 10 million high-performance semi-steel radial tires project." in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. Senior leaders of Jinyu Tire, representatives of the local government of Vietnam, representatives of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, global partners and employee representatives witnessed this important moment together.
Jinyu Tire's first phase PCR project in Vietnam is equipped with a professional technical R&D team, introduces internationally leading automated production equipment, and fully imports intelligent management systems such as MES, RDM, and LIMS to achieve real-time collection and analysis of production data. It is equipped with internationally advanced tire testing equipment and simultaneously promotes the construction of a personnel training system, striving to provide global customers with semi-steel radial tires with excellent quality.
Chang Xianxu, Chairman of Jinyu Tire, said: "The successful completion of the Vietnam PCR project is another breakthrough for Jinyu Tire in multiple dimensions such as high-end tire manufacturing, technology research and development, production management, and international operation capabilities. After the project is fully put into production, it is expected to reach the production capacity target of 10 million high-performance semi-steel radial tires in the second half of 2026. By then, Jinyu Tire will have a production capacity of 10 million TBR and PCR tires, and will be able to better serve and meet the needs of global customers.”
Representatives of Vietnam VRG Park praised Jinyu Tire for its professionalism and efficient execution during the project construction process. They hoped that Jinyu (Vietnam) Tire would continue to add impetus to the regional economy, promote China-Vietnam cooperation to a new level, and become a model for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
