OTR/Giant tire bead winding system is mainly used for the bead winding and forming with regular hexagonal, 15° oblique hexagonal, square or other cross-sectional shapes.

1. Convenient CNC interface operation: The system is automatically controlled by HMI and PCL. The setting, modification, storage, calling and fault diagnosis of various sections and turns can be displayed through the touch screen. The PLC is managed by HMI. The entire line is automatically controlled by the computer and the speed of the entire line is controlled by PLC.
2. Large steel wire accumulation device ensures the constant speed of rubber coating. Adopt single wire storage with 25 wire storage wheels on top and bottom, and the effective storage capacity is more than 100 meters.
3. Constant tension and precise control of steel wire: The tension of the steel wire is adjusted by the rodless cylinder and precision pneumatic pressure regulator to ensure the stable speed during acceleration and deceleration conversion without causing tangled wires.The length of the storage steel wire is detected by laser (laser ranging sensor) to ensure the precise control.
4. Fast and precise speed control of full servo: The winding, wire payon, expansion and collapse of the winding chuck are all driven by servo motors. Adopts Siemens servo motor and four-axis servo control system, ensuring the more faster winding speed and the more higher wire payon accuracy.
5. Equipped with wire breakage alarm, wire shortage alarm and emergency stop function, ensuring the safety and reliability of equipment and personnel working environment. The equipment has passed CE(Europe) and UL(USA) certification.
